This customer runs a residential painting business and was adding exterior cleaning as a second service line. Residential work calls for two very different tools. Siding, roofs, gutters and painted surfaces need low-pressure soft washing with cleaning solution. Driveways, sidewalks and patios need real pressure to lift dirt and stains. The goal was one trailer a crew could pull up to a house and use for both, ready for the spring season.

Every Hot And Mighty package is custom built at our shop at 23146 West Ireland Rd, South Bend, IN 46614. We install and plumb the system and test it before pickup. Customers who pick up in person get free hands-on training on how to run the equipment. That covers the soft wash chemical and rinse modes, the remote and the proper reel technique. We stay available after delivery for refresher training and warranty support.
