Each package is built for the trailer and climate you work in. A typical build includes:

Which cold weather pressure washer trailer fits my work?
Start with flow and operators. A 6 GPM washer suits one or two operators on fleet and equipment washing; 8 GPM cleans faster on heavy grease and mud; a multi-operator 25 GPM rig is built for wash bays and large fleets. Electric or propane heat: which should I choose?
Choose electric baseboard heat if the trailer is parked overnight where you can plug in; it is quiet and holds a set temperature on the thermostat. Choose propane heat if the trailer stays on the road or parks without power; it runs from tongue-mounted 20 or 30 gallon tanks. Many winter operators order both, so the trailer stays warm in the yard and on the job.
