A pressure washer trailer from Hot And Mighty costs about $17,000 to $34,000 for an open deck unit, $32,000 to $50,000 for an enclosed hot water unit, and $45,000 to $90,000 or more when you add wash water recovery and recycling. The biggest price drivers are flow (GPM), the number of operators, enclosed vs. open trailer, diesel power, a cold weather package and recovery equipment. The prices below are the listed starting prices for real example builds on this site.

What makes one pressure washer trailer cost more than another?
1. Flow rate (GPM) and number of operators
Flow is what rinses soil away, so more GPM means faster cleaning and a bigger pump, burner and engine. Moving from a 4 GPM single operator unit to an 8 GPM dual operator unit roughly adds $10,000 to $15,000 in the builds above. A second washer for four operators adds more again. Not sure how much flow you need? Our guide to specifying a fleet wash rig explains how to size the pump, burner and tank.
2. Open deck vs. enclosed trailer
In the builds above, enclosed units run roughly $10,000 more than open deck units with similar washers (for example, the Open A1 MCS-3506 at $19,820 vs. the Chopper A1 MCS-3506 at $32,390). You get weather and theft protection, lighting, and a cleaner place to work. Open decks are lighter and give faster access to components.
3. Hot water vs. cold water
A burner adds cost, but hot water cuts grease and oil far faster. Most commercial fleet, equipment and industrial buyers choose hot water. See when heat pays for itself.
4. Gas vs. diesel power
Diesel engines cost more up front. Buyers choose them for long run hours and so the engine and burner can share one fuel.
5. Cold weather package
An insulated, heated trailer lets you keep washing in freezing weather and protects the pump and coil overnight. In the builds above it is part of units in the $38,930 to $49,290 range for enclosed hot water trailers.
6. Wash water recovery and recycling
Adding a recovery vacuum and a recycling system is the biggest single jump in price. It is also what lets you work where runoff is not allowed. A complete wash, recover and recycle trailer starts around $63,000 and can reach about $90,000.

How do I choose the right price tier?
| If you mainly... | Start by looking at |

| Run a two-person crew on commercial or fleet work | Open deck or enclosed, 8 to 10 GPM ($29,000 to $40,000) |
| Work year-round in a cold climate | Enclosed with cold weather package ($39,000 to $50,000) |
| Wash heavy equipment, railcars or industrial sites with large crews | Diesel, high flow or multiple washers ($47,000 to $97,000) |
| Work on sites where wash water can't reach storm drains | Wash, recover and recycle package ($63,000 to $90,000) |
Frequently asked questions
How much does a hot water pressure washer trailer cost?
Hot And Mighty enclosed hot water trailers start around $32,000 for a compact dual operator unit and run to about $50,000 for full size, cold weather and multi-operator builds.
Is a used pressure washer trailer cheaper?
Usually, but you take on unknown pump, burner coil and trailer wear. A new custom build is sized for your work from day one.
Can I add recovery equipment later?
Yes. Recovery vacuums and recycling systems can be added to an existing rig if there is room and power for them. Plan the trailer size with that in mind.
Do you build to order?
Yes. Hot And Mighty is mainly a custom build shop. The units listed here are examples, and most customers order something configured for their work.
